What is a train ticket alert?
An Advance Train Ticket Alert is a notification service that informs travellers when Advance tickets for a specific train route or date become available for purchase.
Advance tickets are usually sold at a lower price compared to standard fares, but they are limited in number and are typically released weeks or months ahead of the travel date.
Be the first to hear when our cheapest Advance train tickets go on sale! Sign up for a ticket alert on your chosen date and route and we’ll send you an email when the tickets become available. You can also check release dates on the Advance tickets page.
There are three routes to choose from on our network where Advance train tickets are available. Take a look below to find out which route you’d like to travel on.
