We hold Meet the Manager sessions throughout the year. They’re a great opportunity for you to meet our senior managers in person and chat to them about our services.

Thank you to everyone who came to see us at our most recent session at London Waterloo on 22 January 2025. It’s always good to meet customers who travel on our services, listen to feedback, and answer your questions.

On 18 July 2023 we held our first hybrid Meet the Manager session at Basingstoke station. A wide range of questions and topics about travelling with South Western Railway was covered by the drop-in conversations and online meetings. Thank you to all our customers who came to say hello.
