At South Western Railway we know that our customers sometimes want to share feedback about something that isn't working right. We have hundreds and hundreds of staff working 24 hours a day 7 days a week to ensure your train services and stations are operating their best, but if you've found something that looks wrong, you can tell us here by completing the form below.

The purpose of this form is to bring to our attention something that doesn't look right.

Maybe it's a toilet that's out of service, or a light that isn't working, or maybe you've seen something at one of our stations that needs repair. You can use this form to tell us about it.

This form should not be used for ticket refund requests or complaints. Please use our Contact Us form for these requests.

Once you have submitted the form, no response will be received, but rest assured that the fault will be investigated.
