We strive to make sure you have a positive experience on every SWR journey.  Our Customer Experience team takes on board what you have to say to continuously improve your experience with us. 

Each month, we get around 6,000 survey responses from people who have journeyed with SWR, as well as data and insights from several other sources which help us to identify ways to make things better. 

Throughout the year we implement various initiatives based on your feedback, which include applying new technology and creative ideas so we can deliver a more streamlined, comfortable, and up-to-date service.
