Prize draw Terms and Conditions: Entries are submitted via completion of downloading the app and making a purchase via the app between 7 April and 10 April 2023 Draws will be carried by 14 April 2023), to win a prize consisting of a free hot drink redeemable at Caffè Nero or a Hot Drink or Greggs Breakfast Deal via Huggg. The prize must be redeemed within 10 days of being awarded.
1. Full Terms and conditions
a. The competition promoter is First MTR South Western Trains Limited trading as South Western Railway ("SWR", "we" or "us") a company established in the UK with a registered office address at 8th Floor, The Point, 37 North Wharf Road, London W2 1AF. Registered in England and Wales, company number: 07900320.
b. The title of the competition is ‘Win a tasty treat with South Western Railway'
c. The prize draw will run from 07 April 2023 (“Opening Date”) until 23:59 10 April 2023. (“Closing Date”). All entries must be submitted before the Closing Date and entries submitted after this time will be automatically disqualified.
d. SWR reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition at any time.
2. Prize draw entry
a. To enter, you must download and make a purchase through the SWR app service between 00:01 on 7 April and 23:59 on 10 April 2023. If you already have the SWR app you can still enter by making a purchase. Winners will receive their free treat via an SWR email containing a link to choose the voucher via the Huggg website. Emails will be sent by SWR by 14 April 2023 and the prize must be claimed with 10 days of being awarded.
b. The Company’s employees and their immediate families, the Company’s agents and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to take part.
d. The Company reserves the right to check the validity of any entry. Entries failing to comply with these rules may not be accepted.
e. Proof of website submission will not be accepted as proof of entry and no responsibility is accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed for whatever reason, including without limitation due to computer, network and/or user error.
f. Entrants may enter only once and the voucher is single use only and is limited to one per winner.
3. The Prize
a. The prize details are as follows:
- If you select a reward from Caffè Nero you can choose any drink size Espresso, Caffe latte, Cappuccino, Americano, Caffe Mocha, Flat White, Cortado, Standard Hot Chocolate or Tea. Go to any of the 600+ participating Caffè Nero locations, place your order and scan the QR code.
- If you select a reward from Greggs you can choose any single filling breakfast roll & regular hot drink, 250ml orange juice or 500ml water. Only available until 11am.
- Go to any of the 2000+ participating Greggs locations in the UK, place your order and scan your QR code.
b. The prize to redeem either Caffè Nero or Greggs will expire on 23:59 23 April 2023.
c. The prize is non-transferrable or redeemable for a cash alternative.
d. Winners must have access to a personal email account.
4. Winner selection
a. Up to 200 winners will be randomly selected by 14 April 2023, drawn from those who have downloaded and/or made a purchase via the SWR app 23:59 on 10 April 2023.
b. The winner(s) will be notified by 14 April 2023. The winners will be notified by SWR via the email address you provide while making the booking with SWR and we will only contact you for the purpose of sending out the voucher and you will receive no other marketing communications unless you have opted in to do so.
c. South Western Railway will use its discretion to draw a replacement winner in the event of the prize remaining unclaimed one week after notification is sent to the email address provided by the original entrant.
d. To request the name and county of the winners, please send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to South Western Railway, 4th Floor, South Bank Central, 30 Stamford Street, London, SE1 9LQ within one month of the Closing Date.
5. Exclusion of liability
In so far as permitted by law, the Company shall not be responsible for and shall not cover nor insure any entrants and or the winner, and third parties from and against any and all actions, claims, proceedings, losses, liabilities, damages, penalties, fines, judgements, costs, charges and expenses of whatever kind and nature relating to the credit and prizes in any way.
6. General
a. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Company may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition.
b. The Company is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and Data Protection Act and apart from fulfilment of the prize for the winner will not pass on your details to any third party without your prior consent. Further details can be found in the Company’s Privacy Policy.
c. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
