Alterations to services at Clapham Junction
Due to a track circuit failure at Clapham Junction some lines towards London Waterloo are blocked.
What's Going On:
Train services running to and from this station may be delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
What We're Doing About It:
We have been informed that there is a track circuit failure at Clapham Junction. This means that some lines towards London Waterloo are disrupted. As a result, trains that would normally use platform 3 will now be diverted to platform 4, which may cause delays and congestion to services operating from platform 4.

Alterations to services between Barnes and Mortlake
Due to a track circuit failure between Barnes and Mortlake trains have to run at reduced speed on the line towards Richmond.
What's Going On:
Train services running through these stations may be delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 20:00 03/05.
What We're Doing About It:
We have been informed that there is a track circuit failure between Barnes and Mortlake. This means that trains have to run at reduced speed on the line towards Richmond.
Until further notice the following alterations will be necessary:
- London Waterloo to Reading will be stopping additionally at Whitton
- London Waterloo to Windsor & Eton Riverside will be diverted between Putney and Feltham, stopping additionally at Hounslow.
- London Waterloo to Hounslow services will be cancelled. However an additional service will be introduced to run between London Waterloo and Putney, but diverted via Hounslow calling at Twickenham , Richmond, Clapham Junction and London Waterloo. Please check before you travel.
To assist you with your journey your ticket will be accepted, at no extra cost to yourself, on the following services:
Trains:
- Mildmay line between Richmond and Clapham Junction via Willesden Junction in both directions until further notice.
Buses:
- TFL between Clapham Junction and Feltham via Richmond in both directions until further notice.

Cancellations to services between Farnham and Alton
Due to electricity supply problem between Farnham and Alton all lines are blocked.
What's Going On:
Train services running to and from these stations may be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until the end of the day.
What We're Doing About It:
We have been informed of electricity supply problems between Farnham and Alton. This means that the lines between these stations are currently blocked.
To assist you with your journey, we have requested rail replacement buses to run between Farnham and Alton in both directions. The first of these buses are due at both Farnham and Alton stations at approximately 18:30.
Due to the level of disruption to your journey, passengers travelling between Farnham and Alton are able to source their own taxis and claim them back through the SWR Website. You will need to provide the following details to make a claim:
Your full contact details.
The time and date of your journey.
The stations you travelled to and from.
A detailed description of the series of events that took place.
Copies of your train ticket/s and taxi receipt.
