The escalators are out of order between platforms 6, 7 and 8 and footbridge at London Kings Cross station. The lifts to most platforms are working but customers are advised to board services using the main concourse ticket gates and not the footbridge due to possible delays by using the lifts.
The lifts are out of order between the first class lounge and the departure concourse at London Kings Cross station. Please use the footbridge to gain access to the First Class lounge
ENGINEERING DIVERSIONS: LNER services are reduced with journey times extended by over 60 minutes. This is due to engineering diversions between Northallerton and Newcastle. LNER trains are expected to be busy, and seat reservations are recommended.
