At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at Exit 2 until 2nd June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road to use Exit 1 Step free access.

At London Waterloo station: One up escalator to the Balcony or Waterloo East out of service outside M&S Main. Alternative access via alternative escalator or lift from main concourse. The upward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 20.

The lifts are out of order between platforms 1, 2 & 3 and the South Bank entrance at London Blackfriars station. This affects Thameslink services towards St Pancras and services which terminate at London Blackfriars. Step free access is still available via the North Bank entrance.
