At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at Exit 2 until 2nd June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road to use Exit 1 Step free access.

At London Waterloo station: One up escalator to the Balcony or Waterloo East out of service outside M&S Main. Alternative access via alternative escalator or lift from main concourse. The upward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 20.

Southeastern trains which normally run between London Victoria and Rochester and beyond will be running from and to London Cannon Street. To see these journeys, please re plan your journey using London Cannon Street as your origin or destination. You will be able to use the Underground between Cannon Street, London Bridge and Victoria at no extra charge. Highspeed fares will still apply for journeys between London St Pancras International and Gravesend
