This means that there is no step-free access between the Elizabeth line platforms and the Broadgate exit for Liverpool Street station. Passengers requiring step-free access from Liverpool Street station are advised to use the Moorgate exit lifts at the other end of the platform.

Bishopsgate entrance and exit escalators are out of service at London Liverpool Street station. Please use Liverpool Street escalators if required or the passenger lift located by Gails bakery.
