One of the escalators at Exit 2 is out of use. Access to the main concourse can be made via the alternative escalators at Exit 2. Escalator on platform 22 is out of service. Access to the Sidings and Underground can be made via the lift or by the main concourse. There are planned works to the passenger lift at exit 2 until June 2025. Station staff will be directing passengers who need to access to London Underground via another lift near Wasabi.
