The upward escalator on Platforms 20 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 23/24. The upward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 23/24.

At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at Exit 2 until 2nd June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road to use Exit 1 Step free access.

The gentlemen's toilets on platform 9 are out of order at York station.

The long stay car park at York station is closed.
