The escalators are out of order between platforms 6, 7 and 8 and footbridge at London Kings Cross station. The lifts to most platforms are working but customers are advised to board services using the main concourse ticket gates and not the footbridge due to possible delays by using the lifts.

The lifts are out of order between the taxi rank and the station concourse at Stevenage station. Step free access is still available from Stevenage Leisure Park.
