Trains from Southampton Airport Parkway to Derby

There is currently no step-free access to platforms 1 - 4 at Luton station. Passengers requiring step-free access travelling to Luton / London will need to arrange alternative transport from Bedford. If you need support arranging alternative transport, please contact the Customer Service Controller on 0345 7125678.

At London Waterloo station: One up escalator to the Balcony or Waterloo East out of service outside M&S Main. Alternative access via alternative escalator or lift from main concourse. The upward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 20.

At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at Exit 2 until 2nd June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road to use Exit 1 Step free access.
