At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at exit 2 until 2 June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road to use exit 1 step free access.

Alternative access is available via an alternative escalator or lift from main concourse. The upward escalator on platforms 20 is currently out of service.
