The lifts are out of order between the footbridge and platform 1 at London Kings Cross station.

The escalators are out of order between platforms 6, 7 and 8 and footbridge at London Kings Cross station. The lifts to most platforms are working but customers are advised to board services using the main concourse ticket gates and not the footbridge due to possible delays by using the lifts.

The lifts are out of order between the first class lounge and the departure concourse at London Kings Cross station. Please use the footbridge to gain access to the First Class lounge

The escalators on platform 20 and platform 23 are out of service at London Waterloo station. Improvement works are also ongoing on two escalators between the Sidings and the London Underground level. Please speak with station staff if you require further assistance.

ENGINEERING DIVERSIONS: LNER services are reduced with journey times extended by over 60 minutes. This is due to engineering diversions between Northallerton and Newcastle. LNER trains are expected to be busy, and seat reservations are recommended.

LNER services between the North East and London Kings Cross will be very busy due to Newcastle United playing at Wembley on Sunday 16 March. If you are travelling without a seat reservation, you may need to stand for your journey.
