All toilets on platforms 4 and 5 are out of order at Peterborough station due to refurbishment. Toilets are available on all other platforms.

The lifts are out of order between platform 4 and the rest of the station at Tottenham Hale station.

The long stay car park at York station is closed.

NO LNER TRAINS TO OR FROM LONDON KINGS CROSS. LNER services are reduced with journey times extended by over 60 minutes. This is due to engineering work between London Kings Cross and Peterborough. LNER trains are expected to be busy, and seat reservations are recommended.

At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at exit 2 until 2 June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road to use exit 1 step free access.

At London Waterloo station: One upward escalator to the balcony or Waterloo East is currently out of service outside M&S Main. Alternative access is available via an alternative escalator or lift from main concourse. The upward escalator on platforms 20 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 23/24. The upward escalator on platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 23/24.
