If you’ve always wanted to set up camp on a farm, here’s your chance. Norden Farm Campsite sprawls across a working farm on the magnificent Jurassic Coast in Dorset. Its superb location makes it a popular choice. A 17-minute stroll along country roads leads to the historic Corfe Castle in Wareham, and a short bus journey can get you to Studland Bay and the seaside town of Swanage.
Onsite, there’s a play park, pond, and plenty of farm animals to keep the kids entertained. Stock up on supplies at the Norden Farm Shop, selling fresh, local produce and a variety of camping essentials.

Thorncombe Farm, Dorchester
Located in the sleepy Dorset countryside, Thorncombe Farm offers a variety of camping options with beautiful valley views. Pitch up your own tent or skip the hassle and stay in one of the farm’s bell tents, complete with beds, storage units and mirrors.
The farm’s main attraction is the animals, with plenty of Boer goats and Dorper sheep grazing in the fields nearby. In the evening, set up a barbecue and choose from the farm chef’s delicious selection of meat dishes.

Yellowham Farm B&B
Set on the edge of Yellowham Wood in Dorchester is Yellowham Farm B&B, offering ensuite accommodation with a homey cottage feel. There are over 60 acres of farmland and 130 acres of woodland to explore here. A small herd of Dexter cattle and one or two retired racehorses reside on the farm.
