SWR Customers invited to Meet the Manager for a virtual chat

Throughout the year South Western Railway regularly hosts ‘Meet the Manager’ sessions where members of the public can talk directly to our senior managers about the railway’s services.

Our Meet the Manager sessions are continuing virtually via Microsoft Teams - as they did throughout the pandemic – with the next one will be taking place on Wednesday 13^th July from 1600-1900.

Customers can book a one-to-one session lasting up to 15 minutes by emailing meet.swr@transportfocus.org.uk giving their contact details, their preferred time and the topic they would like to discuss.

Spaces are limited, and customers wishing to take part should request their appointment by no later than Friday 1^st July.
