The lifts are out of order between platform 2 and the rest of the station at New Malden station.

At London Waterloo station: One of the escalators leading to the balcony is out of service. Access to Waterloo East can be made via the lift or alternative escalators. One of the escalators at Exit 2 is out of use. Access to the main concourse can be made via the alternative escalators at Exit 2. Escalator on platform 22 is out of service. Access to the Sidings and Underground can be made via the lift or by the main concourse.
