Trains from Huddersfield to London Waterloo

During the bank holiday weekend, Queen Street and Station Road, outside of York station, will be closed to all vehicles from 20:00 on Saturday 24 until 06:00 on Tuesday 27 May. The station short-stay car park will also be closed at this time. Please plan ahead and allow extra time for your journey, local roads are likely to be congested.

At London Waterloo station, one of the six escalators connecting the balcony and station concourse is currently out of service. Access to the balcony can be made via the lift or the alternative escalators along the concourse.

At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at exit 2 until 2 June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road.

The long stay car park at York station is closed.

This train is expected to be very busy. If you do not have a seat reservation you will have to stand for part or all of your journey.
