At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at exit 2 until 2 June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road.

At London Waterloo station, one upward escalator to the balcony or Waterloo East is currently out of service outside M&S Main. Alternative access is available via an alternative escalator or lift from main concourse.
