Trains from Luton Airport Parkway to Bournemouth

There is currently no step-free access to platforms 1 - 4 at Luton station. Passengers requiring step-free access travelling to Luton / London will need to arrange alternative transport from Bedford. The lifts are out of order between platform 1 and the South Bank entrance at London Blackfriars station. This affects Thameslink services towards Horsham, Brighton and Sutton. Step free access to this platform is still available via the North Bank entrance.

At London Waterloo station: One up escalator to the Balcony or Waterloo East out of service outside M&S Main. Alternative access via alternative escalator or lift from main concourse. The upward escalator on Platforms 21/22 is currently out of service. Access to the WIT platforms can be made via the lift or alternative escalator on platforms 20.

At London Waterloo station: Planned improvement works are ongoing on the passenger lift at Exit 2 until 2nd June 2025. Station staff will be available to direct passengers requiring access to the London Underground or Waterloo Road to use Exit 1 Step free access.

This Thameslink replacement service will be a bus, coach or mini coach. When we provide rail replacement buses or coaches for planned disruption, we use accessible vehicles.
