As part of our celebrations for National Customer Service Week, the SWR Customer Experience team are organising three Meet and Greet sessions for our customers:
- Monday 7th October at London Waterloo, 09:30 - 11:00
- Tuesday 8th October at Southampton Central, 10:00 - 12:00
- Thursday 10th October at Salisbury, 15:00 - 17:00
You’ll be able to meet SWR teams from different departments (such as Customer Experience, Innovation, Accessibility & Inclusion, Sustainability, and Safety & Security), find out what they do, offer any feedback and ask any questions you may have.
There may even be some SWR branded goodies to pick up at some of the events. And keep your eyes peeled on-board our trains too as you may see us out and about.
During these events it’d be fantastic to meet you, hear about your experiences travelling on our network, and share information with you on key topics including:
- What it takes to operate over 1600 train services every day
- Letting you know what we’re doing to improve the customer experience
- How we collaborate with Network Rail and other industry partners to ensure customer safety and keep services running smoothly
- Current and upcoming initiatives to improve accessibility and sustainability
- How we use technology and innovation to positively enhance the travel experience
