Island line between Ryde Pier Head and Ryde Esplanade will be closed from 6 September 2024 until May 2025.

During the pier’s closure, a minibus shuttle service will operate between Ryde Pier Head and Ryde Esplanade.

Train services will operate every 30 minutes between Ryde Esplanade and Shanklin, maintaining the vital connection between the Island Line and ferry services to the mainland.

The lines in the Westbury area will be closed all weekend due to maintenance work.

South Western Railway services via Westbury will not run. A limited service will run between Yeovil Junction and Yeovil Pen Mill/Castle Cary.

Berrylands station will be closed all day. Please use other nearby stations.

• A revised service will run between Eastleigh and Portsmouth.
• London Waterloo to Portsmouth via Guildford services will be revised. Some services will start from Woking.
• London Waterloo to Exeter St Davids services will be revised with some services starting from Basingstoke.

Due to maintenance work in the Haslemere area, some late evening services will be cancelled or replaced by buses for all or part of their journey.
